UTR offers a number of marketing support options that you can utilize to help spread the word, educate your members, and share highlights from your event. Below is a breakdown of what we offer:

UTR STANDARD MARKETING OFFERING (Available to all event organizers and clubs)

  • Targeted E-Mails: Inclusion in UTR Event Alert email. This is distributed by state and will be sent out 2-4 weeks prior to registration deadline. In order to be included, organizers must complete the form by clicking here.

Hint: We cannot support events if you have not filled out the form in the link above or if the form is filled out past the deadline indicated in the form. 

  • Advertising Poster: Easily download and customize this flyer to market your event. You can print, email and share on social.  
  • Order Banners & Swag: Visit the UTR Pro Shop to order banners, t-shirts, hats and more. Please allow 4 weeks for custom orders. 
  • Educate Your Players on UTR: Help get your players up to speed on UTR by sharing the What is UTR Powered by Oracle video and article. 
  • Share Your Event Link: Send players the direct link to your event homepage to have them register for the event.

  • UTR Real Stories: Did you have any fun or inspirational moments at your event? Unexpected matchups or an underdog story? A first-time win for a player? Submit a UTR Real Story from your event and you may be featured by UTR! 

CASE BY CASE MARKETING SUPPORT (Available to Premium Clubs and Partners and requires approval)

  • This can include potential features on our social media platforms, potential inclusion in the UTR Monthly Newsletter, potential dedicated e-mail and a potential blog feature.
