When registration has closed, you are now able to create your draws. To begin creating the draws, scroll to the top of your event page and click the “Edit > Create Draws.”
When the draw creation page opens, you will see all the players who have registered under the division you created, under the “Not Placed” tab on the left of the screen. You may need to click the arrow to expand the list to view the players.
Once you see all the names under the “Not Placed” tab, you will then want to select the players who you want to place in a draw together. Once you have the players selected who will be in the draw, you will then click the “Move” button in the black bar above the player list.
Next, select "Move to a new draw" and click create new draw.
Enter in the information for the draw you have just created. Double check that all information is correct before clicking “Move.” You will NOT be able to come back and edit this information. You can name this draw anything you choose! Once all information has been entered, click “Move” to add the selected players to the draw.
Now, you will see that the new draw has been created with the 8 players selected. To fill the draw, click “Auto-fill” in the black box and click “Confirm Auto-fill.” This will place the players in the draw for you based on their UTRs.
Alternatively, you can place the players in the draw one by one or move players around in the draw by clicking on the drop down at each of the positions on the draw.
Once you have the players placed in the draw, you can then enter in times, dates, and locations for the matches. You have the option to do this by round by clicking the “Set Location, Date and Time” under the round, or you can do it by individual matches by clicking the “Set Date & Time” on the match box.
For draws with a back draw, move your courser to the far left of the page to expand the "draws" tab. There you can select the draw or back draw you would like to edit. Note once scores are entered, players are automatically pushed to the back draw. Once the times are entered, you can then choose to Publish the draws. Publishing draws allows for the players to then see the draws from the main event page. To Publish the draws, click the “Publish” button on the top right of the page. There you can select each draw you would like to publish. If you ever want to unpublish the draw, simply uncheck the boxes.
Once the draws have been published, you will then be taken to the event homepage. There you will scroll down and click on the “draws” tab to view the draws. Here you can filter through the published draws and print your draws.
