Managing Rosters

This article is relevant for high school coaches.

Managing your High School roster on UTR is easy.

A few things to know before you get started:

  1. If you used the old score reporting tool (discontinued) much of your roster has already been transferred to your new school page and may need updating.
  2. You must add your players to your roster before you can post scores for them.
  3. Players must have an account on MyUTR.com in order to be added to your roster.

Great, let's get started!

Once logged in to your account, click the right side of your screen and find your school under Clubs and Teams.

Next, click the Roster button to view your roster.

You'll see any imported data from the old (discontinued) high school system here and there are a few options:

Click the more options to right side of the player name where you can change the graduation year for the player or remove them from the roster.

If you see profiles highlighted with the note Action Required: Complete Profile it means that the player was imported from our old system and data is missing. Click the teal text to fill out their profile so that you can post scores for them in the future.

Pro Tip:  In order for you as a coach to enter scores your roster must be complete. A teal banner will appear at the top of your page if you have incomplete profiles to attend to.
