Add a Member to Your Club

This article is relevant for UTR Club Organizers..

As an organizer on club on MyUTR.com, you can add players to your member list. 

A few things to know before you get started:

  1. Many players are in the UTR system and this button allows you to find them and add them to your club as members.
  2. Players may not have a profile or account in our system. This button allows you to create their profiles and accounts and sends an email notification to the player to log in.
  3. In order for you to post scores for your members, they must log into their accounts at MyUTR.com once you've added them to your club.

Great, let's get started!

Once logged in to your account, click the right side of your screen and find your club under Clubs and Teams. 

Click the 'Add Players' button on your high school page.


From here, search for your player in the search field. If they don't appear, click add a new player and fill in as much information as you can. This form is dynamic and will change based on any current information we have a player.

Note that the email address you add must be current for the player and will send them an email notification to set up their account. They must do this before scores involving the player can be posted.


That's it! Your member has been added to your club.
